"We celebrate the Japanese Raku tea ceremony by taking red-hot pots with melting glaze straight out of the kiln and plunging them into sawdust. We make this entire process South African by serving rooibos tea in the bowls just after cleaning them and you really need a good cuppa by then. Rooibos is a refreshing brew and I wish the organisers of the Welcome Campaign all the best."
